My Semi-Private and Private personal training programs focus on you and your abilities, and will have you feeling more confident and capable in your own body, and in life.

I take a “client-focused” approach that is different from typical personal training in that you and I work together toward the goal. During the coaching process, we uncover and identify your eating habits, daily activities, and stressors that form to your current lifestyle, then together, decide on actions to make lasting changes that work best for you.

By including the you in the process, new skills can be learned. These new skills will be utilized long after the training sessions end, providing life-long changes.

​I go beyond telling you what to do, by teaching you why and helping you learn how to do it.
