A health coaching program, which allows you to not only focus on your movement goals, but really make a dent in your overall health as the main focus of our work together.

Prevent injuries, reach your goals in strength and weight loss, while understanding how to treat your underlying heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, arthritis, metabolic conditions, etc.

This program is a combination of chiropractic care, personal training, nutritional guidance, and a way for you to build accountability to making those lifestyle changes that will provide you with the most benefit in achieving optimal health.

The Hybrid and Hybrid Lite Health Coaching Programs are designed with YOUR health and success in mind.

HYBRID HEALTH COACHING

✅ Individualized, bespoke programming created for you to complete using a live shared coaching document between you and Dr. Monica Chadha. Varies from 3-5x/week frequency based on the programming option you choose. This includes other lifestyle modification activities to be included, and the live shared document encourages you to build autonomy and accountability, while being guided through it the entire time!


✅ 2 monthly (*3 for 5x/week frequency) guided workouts or live consults (in-person or virtually). These consults can be a mix of treatment and consultation/education sessions.

✅ 1 15-min virtual check-in per month to troubleshoot any programming questions or for general support.

✅ Unlimited email and video support with a 24-hour response time.

✅ Minimum 6-month commitment (4 cycles of 6-week programming)

Why this program?

Busy and don’t know what to do with your training routine? I got you covered with a fully-designed program for you! You no longer have to worry about coordinating all of your scheduled appointments or training sessions, as you will be completing your workouts at times that are most convenient, and therefore successful, for you! The only appointments we have to schedule are our monthly check-in's and consults, which are a lot easier to plan for.

You build autonomy and accountability, but don’t lose the guidance and programming that is created by someone who is well-trained and highly experienced in health, rehabilitation, and training principles.

This will help you achieve those hard to reach health goals in a safe, efficient, and fun way!

$880-$1100/month* depending on your program frequency (3-5x/week options) 

HYBRID LITE HEALTH COACHING

✅ Monthly accountability and guidance on your health and movement goals and plans. While this doesn’t include an individualized programming option, I help you determine what plan of action would be necessary for you to reach your health and movement goals in a safe and effective manner. Is keto right for you? Is carb-cycling good for you? Is resistance training right for you, or what do you need to include in your daily routine or weekly workouts to achieve your health objectives more readily. These are the types of conversations and discussions we will have, in-depth.


✅ 2 monthly guided live consults (in-person or virtually) to go over any health concerns, injuries, or discuss your monthly plan and goals, and to make adjustments to any of your self-prepared programming. These consults can be a mix of treatment and consultation/education sessions.

✅ General individualized guidance on how to make the changes you need, to achieve your goals. I review any an all health labs and reports you share with me, to help you understand what changes best suit you.

✅ Unlimited email and video support with a 24-hour response time.

✅ 1 year commitment.

This program is for the busy worker who is always on the go, already has a training program or coach working on their movement with them, but you have some injuries, and health concerns you’d like to keep in check along the way.

You build autonomy and accountability, as well as have guidance and support with someone who is well-trained and highly experienced in health, rehabilitation, and training principles.

This will help you achieve those hard to reach health goals in a safe, efficient, and fun way!

$3300*/year

*No HST, as this falls under the scope of Chiropractic Care and your 2 monthly visits can be submitted to your (Ontario) extended health benefits provider for reimbursement of some or all of the fees.

Reimbursement rates are dependent on your provider and are not in any way controlled or decided upon by your healthcare practitioner.
